Another factor that needs to considered seriously is the technology choice of the software provider. The HRMS should be able to adapt the latest developments in the IT or the company that provides the HRMS should be nimble enough to quickly adapt to the changes that are happening in the IT world.

Currently you have wide choices of HRMS ranging from a standalone exe, developed by a part-time programmer to the fully-functional-module of ERP system. Based on ones organization need, the correct Human Resource Management software can be short listed and purchased.
